Civil and Environmental Engineering Reports is a scientific journal published by the University of Zielona Góra since 2005. The articles are published in English. Submitted papers are refereed, and are evaluated on the basis of their scientific quality, originality and contribution to the advanced understanding of human-environmental interactions. A distinguished Editorial Board with experts in the field of Civil Engineering and Environmental Science guarantees the scientific quality of papers published in the Journal. CEER is on the list of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education (presently each paper is awarded with 9 points). The quarterly presents broad interdisciplinary information on the status of research and practice in civil engineering science, environmental engineering science, systems engineering, and sanitation. Papers in the field of civil engineering are focused on the development of new materials, mechanics of materials and structures, renovation of buildings and infrastructures, building physics, geomechanics. Papers in environmental engineering area are focused on development of engineering methods, environmental management and  governmental policies; research and analyses of supply systems and treatment of water and   wastewater collection and treatment;  geochemistry; environmental biology; microbiology; chemistry; ecotoxicology; fluid mechanics, and processes that control concentrations and dispersion of wastes in air, water, and soil; treatment and management  of municipal and hazardous wastes.
